Kingfisher Disc Golf was excited to be present for North Queensland Disc Golf's fist league day of 2021, held on the 18th of April. An early start and favourable weather made it a very enjoyable morning on the Harris Crossing course in Bohle, Qld.
Round 1 saw groups enjoy almost wind free conditions with great scores on the cards all round. There were some exciting shots with groups checking in with each other for play-by-play as often cheers were heard ringing across the course. Round 2, the wind picked up slightly, resulting in higher scores across almost all players.
At the end of the morning it was a family affair when it came to the winners, with the Men's division taken out by Chris Palazzi, and the Women's division by Keri Palazzi. Unfortunately the Ace pot was not won this round and will jackpot next League Day.
